Hectic Youth project

Friday, 7:00pm to 9:00pm

Hectic is a club for young people aged 11 and above. It's a great place to meet friends, 'chill out' and enjoy activities. The activities include pool, football, table tennis, snooker and a console game room, tuck shop and a chill out room with music.

All the leaders are CRB checked and are either NNEBS, Teachers or youth workers.

For more information please contact:
Gill Newall (01244) 314921.

As part of Hectic, the over 14s meet in the church lounge as a separate group for friendship and fellowship. We offer a wide range of activities like football, table tennis, pool, chess and there is also an x box to play on. We regularly make pizza/pasta suppers which are always very popular.

Our aim is that through this group we can:

  • Listen to young people’s needs and concerns
  • Build relationships based on respect, understanding and empathy
  • Encourage young people to think critically about their values and attitudes.
