An informal meeting for elderly and housebound folk who live in the local community. Transport is available, so please come along and join us.

We make a variety of crafts, for example, tapestry, cross stitch, patchwork and knitting. Every week we enjoy a cup of tea or coffee and fellowhip together. There is a fee of £2 per week. The group is open to men and women.

Our groups are open to new members. We would love to have to create new groups as the number of members grow.

We meet together to pray for those who are ill or in special need, for our church and community, and any specific local, national or international issues. Prayer is a vital part of our individual and church life and we take this time to be quiet together in the midst of our busy lives.

Alternate Thursdays at 7:45pm

We now welcome both ladies and gentlemen as members. Occasional visitors are always welcome. Membership fee is £5 per annum plus 50pence per meeting to cover cost of refreshments. Visitors pay £1 per meeting. We welcome both Church members and people from the community and new-comers are always given a warm reception.

We have a varied and interesting programme both serious and humorous and have a Christmas outing every year. We meet at 7.45pm on alternate Thursdays.

We no longer meet on a regular basis but get together to learn music for special services.
The rehearsals are usually on Mondays 3.30 to 5pm as arranged.

The group meets about three times a year and everybody is welcome to come along to meetings. Its has two main responsibilites. The first is to support local, national and international charities by raising awareness about them and helping financially. The second responsibility is to advise the church on what charities should receive money from general church donations.
