The church community at Caldy Valley is a joint venture between two former city centre churches (Methodist and United Reformed Church) now worshipping and working together as one. The church has 115 adults and 29 children who regularly attend worship.

Church members work alongside representatives of the Great Boughton Parish Council in managing the centre's premises in order to serve the local community and the wider City of Chester. The partnership between church and council is at the heart of this neighbourhood church and centre.

Caldy Valley Church

The original building opened in October 1984. Since 1994 the premises have been extended several times and the summer of 1998 saw the completion of a new worship annexe that can be used independently or combined with the existing area to give extra space on Sundays.

Our congregation at Sunday worship includes people from a wide variety of church backgrounds together with others who are new to the life of the church.
